Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, accessories, and documentation to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
